About Me
I’m April — intimacy coach, sex educator, and trainee psychosexual therapist. But before any of that, I was someone who felt completely disconnected from my body and pleasure. I know what it’s like to battle painful sex, chronic illness, mental health struggles, and the heavy shame that can surround intimacy.
It wasn’t a quick fix. It took time, curiosity, and compassion to rebuild a relationship with my body — and that’s what I now help others do.
I support individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to navigate sex, desire, and connection. Whether you’re on your own journey of self-discovery or in a relationship that’s lost its spark, I help you move from disconnection to deeper intimacy. Embodied Intimacy Coaching is a holistic approach to deepening connection, pleasure, and self-awareness by integrating the body, emotions, and nervous system into the process of intimacy and relationships. Unlike traditional talk-based coaching, it focuses on somatic (body-based) practices, mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to help individuals and couples cultivate authentic connections, overcome intimacy challenges, and explore deeper pleasure.
