My Approach

Sex and relationships can feel complicated, especially when things aren’t working the way you expect. You might feel disconnected from your body, stuck in patterns you don’t understand, or unsure how to communicate what you need. This can show up as pain, low desire, changes in arousal or erections, orgasm difficulties, or challenges within your relationship.

My role as a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist (trainee) is to help you understand what’s happening in a way that feels supportive, informed, and grounded. I work using a biopsychosocial and pluralistic approach, meaning we look at the full picture: your body, mind, experiences, and relationships, while tailoring the work to what feels most helpful for you.

This is a confidential, non-judgemental and inclusive space for individuals and couples of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients, where you can feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace.

I am currently a trainee Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist.

It is a common assumption that a therapist in training might not be as effective as a fully qualified therapist. Although a fully qualified therapist will certainly have more experience, there are many advantages to working with a therapist in training.

Psychosexual therapy is a space to explore the connection between your body, mind, and sexual experiences. It can support with concerns such as desire, arousal, pain, orgasm, or confidence, as well as the impact of stress, health, or past experiences on intimacy. Together, we work to understand what’s happening for you and gently rebuild a relationship with your body and pleasure that feels more connected, informed, and your own.

Psychosexual Therapy

Relationship therapy focuses on how you connect, communicate, and relate to one another. Whether you’re navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or wanting to strengthen your intimacy, this work creates space to understand patterns, express needs more clearly, and build a relationship that feels more secure and aligned. It’s not about assigning blame, but about creating a way forward that works for both of you.

I honour and respect all sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. Your experiences, identity, and values are welcomed here, and we work in a way that feels aligned with who you are.
